George has been through the struggles. He was facing 8 years of Federal prison time because of his own family members. George is very passionate about helping people deal with their mental issues. He feels in the African American communities they denies mental health issues instead of dealing with them head on. He is an inspiration to alot of people who are dealing or have dealt with the same issues George has dealt with. George Johnson, carries great energy about "keepin it real." His new memoir Double Crossed is out now. This African American Mental Health Advocate, Author and Serial Entrepreneur George Johnson started a logo-sewing business in middle school to playing professional basketball to becoming a serial entrepreneur, George excelled at everything he put his mind to. But along with the lofty highs have come many crushing lows—backstabbing family-members, future-crippling injuries, being indicted by the U.S. government and even those weren’t the worst.
