Al Sandoval has spent 11 seasons in professional baseball as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. His first five seasons were spent with the Colorado Rockies with one season in Rookie Ball with the Casper Ghosts and four years in AA with the Tulsa Drillers. The next five years were with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim that involved two years in AA with the Arkansas Travelers and three years as their Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. He is currently working with the Texas Rangers at the High A level. He earned the Professional Baseballs Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society Texas League Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year in 2010 & 2012. Al earned his Exercise Science Degree from Colorado State University-Pueblo where he also played collegiate baseball. He is CSCS and RSCC*D certified through the NSCA.
