Alex enters his second season as a Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Cincinnati Reds. He spent 2017 with the Billings Mustangs of the Pioneer League, a Reds Rookie Level affiliate, and will be with the Class A-Advanced Daytona Tortugas in the Florida State League for 2018. Prior to joining the Reds, he spent time as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at Prospect Training Academy in Wisconsin and interned at Cressey Sports Performance in Hudson, MA. Alex received his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University and his Master of Business Administration, emphasis in Leadership, from Grand Canyon University. Alex resides in Peoria, AZ in the off season with his wife Ashley.
