Alx Uttermann spent many years living in South India, learning ancient healing techniques from the enlightened masters - including radical self-care techniques that bring instant relief to modern people suffering stress, overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, and PTSD.  Her decades of work as a global spiritual inspirational healing leader have helped train master healers all over the world, plus bringing healing and relief to thousands of people.  As co-founder of UCBK (Universal Church Of Baba's Kitchen), Alx' mission is to spread healing and happiness far and wide, and to empower everyone to heal themselves through radical self-care. 

Alx lives in Los Angeles, with the love of her life and three glorious cats (who are also spiritual masters).
