    • A focus on the customer: what is the daily life of your customer, and how can we insert ethics and compliance in that everyday life?
    • A focus on growth: Ask, how can ethics and compliance help the business do business, accelerate growth, and achieve its goals.

      • She spent 17 years working for major engineering and construction companies, with internal roles in legal, ethics and compliance, and commercial operations departments.
      • She has been recognized at all levels, from senior executive through to front line staff, for high-quality legal advice, business leadership, ethics guidance, contract drafting, negotiation and project management.
      • She frequently speaks on ethics, compliance programs, and anti-corruption law and also diversity.
      • She also teaches business law at university.
      • She was recently featured in the Canadian lawyer magazine here.
