Andrea Hayden was a Major League Strength and Conditioning Fellow with the Minnesota Twins in 2019 and will be joining full-time in 2020. She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Missouri Baptist University and earned a Master’s degree in Human Performance from Lindenwood University in 2018. During that time, Andrea also worked as an athletic performance coach at the university and worked as an S&C coach for USA Hockey development camps. She has completed internships with the University of Louisville, EXOS and spent time in China working with the women’s professional league.
