Ari described an exercise I learned in early training back in the 80s.  I’ve since used it in my retreats from time to time.  He challenges people to hold eye-contact for a full minute and see what happens.  (All I ask is that people hold eye-contact for two seconds, long enough to connect and register eye-color.)  This eye contact thing - it’s harder than it looks.  #Rehumanization #StartsWithOne
