Austin is entering his second season as a strength and conditioning coach for the Kansas City Royals organization. He is currently serving as the Rookie Ball strength coach for the Burlington Royals. Prior to joining the Royals in 2016, he was a performance coach at Godspeed Elite Sports Academy in Hoover, Alabama. In 2017, he received his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from Pittsburg State University. In 2014, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Hendrix College, where he was a 4 year letter winner with the baseball program.
