At the start of Covid-19, David had to fire 80% of his agency’s staff in one day. Despite the setback, he and the small team that stayed on never missed a deadline and continued to generate millions of dollars in added revenue for their clients. They also managed to grow 3 Owl by 20% each year since.

In 2021, David also wrote a book called “Small By Design: The Entrepreneur’s Guide for Growing Big While Staying Small,” has been named a bestseller by the Wall Street Journal and USA Today.
