Angela’s career began working for family-owned companies in the heart of the Twin Cities. Through her work improving processes for small businesses and serving as a project manager on a variety of interesting projects and initiatives, she came to realize that her passion was for more than the improvement of individuals — but also the optimization of organizations. From there, she pivoted into a role with a medium-sized medical company where she managed several projects such as implementing a paperless software system in four different functional areas of the pharmacy and accounting and launching the HRIS platform companywide. She quickly realized how much employees appreciated solutions to common problems and the increase in productivity and revenue that these projects created and from there - she was hooked.
