Then, she shifted to creating joy for employees at global holding companies like Havas and Publicis. Responsible for the full employee experience, she created a partnership with micro-learning platform Grovo to support new managers, led an inter-agency mobility program sending employees to a new city in the world for a month, and shifted a globally distributed agency to an Objectives & Key Results (OKR) framework to quantify their efforts and drive cross-team collaboration.
