You're It: Crisis, Change, and How to Lead When it Matters Most.

We at the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative at Harvard and work with leaders in high-stress, high-stakes situations that arise in disaster/crisis response (Deepwater Horizon, Boston Marathon bombings, H1N1 influenze, Hurricanes Sandy, Harvey, etc.). We help leaders get "smarter than their brains" by helping giving them tools to apply neuroscience, psychology, and other insights at home and at work. Our techniques are practical and proven.
