Inc., an employee-owned corporation operating more than 285 retail stores across eight Midwestern states in the U.S. With over a decade of retail dietetics experience, Erin’s passions focus around patient-centered disease prevention and risk reduction, inspiring a total wellness approach and realistic goal setting solutions.
You can find Erin appearing weekly on the local news throughout the Midwest and on Hy-Vee’s YouTube channel in the series titled “Hy-Vee Healthy You” providing deliciously simple meal and snack inspiration. Erin is also a regular monthly guest on iHeartRadio’s “Need to Know with Jeff Angelo” show.
