Goldy is currently entering his 4th season in professional baseball and 3rd with the Chicago White Sox organization as a Minor League Strength Coach, (Arizona League Royals - 2015 in the Kansas City Royals organization, Advanced Rookie Level - Great Falls of the Pioneer league 2016 and Low A - Kannapolis of the SAL league 2017). He is headed back for a second year in Low A Kannapolis in 2018. He also served as a Strength Coach for the Arizona Fall League’s Rising Stars in 2016 with the Glendale Desert Dogs. Also in 2016, he was elected Strength Coach of the Year by peers in the Pioneer league. Prior to beginning his career in Strength and Conditioning, Goldy played in the Chicago White Sox minor league farm system as a RHP. He completed his Undergraduate Degree at San Diego State University and his Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science at Azusa Pacific University. Throughout completing his Undergraduate Degree and Master’s Degree, he completed internships in the Strength and Conditioning departments at San Diego State University (2012), University of California-San Diego (2013) and University of California-Berkeley (Cal Berkeley 2015) with the Olympic sports performance department.
