Juan Rodriguez is currently the AZL Strength and Conditioning Coach and Latin American Liaison for the Milwaukee Brewers organization. Prior to joining the Brewers, Juan spent two years in the GCL with the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. He was the 2016 Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year in the GCL.

Having been born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Juan was a personal trainer in Puerto Rico for years, working with a number of professional baseball players. He has also been a strength coach on two separate occasions during the Caribbean Series (2011 with team Dominican Republic and 2015 with team Puerto Rico).

After playing basketball, volleyball, and baseball growing up, Juan was drafted on two separate occasions and also played college baseball at Texas Tech University. He received his BA in Speech and Language Therapy in 2010, and is currently working on an MBA.

He currently resides in Surprise, AZ with his high school sweetheart Madeline Gonzalez and their two children, Daniela Isabel and Adeline.
