He is a three-time world champion in two weight classes, having held the World Boxing Association (WBA) super welterweight title 

And twice held the WBC Middleweight title 

Possessing formidable punching power, with a knockout-to-win rate of 89%, Jackson is regarded by many as one of the hardest punchers in boxing history

Jackson was elected to the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2019.
