Larry is a Naval academy graduate with a degree in engineering, and upon graduation he earned a commission as an officer in the SEALs and served with distinction on SEAL Team Three for his 10 year career before being medically retired.

 Larry has incredible stories and insights to share about how he planned and executed complex missions, operated on a high functioning team, and lessons in leadership and life that continue to serve him, his family, and his business every day (especially on how he overcame burnout!). Larry is a husband and father to two awesome little boys, and it's really amazing to see how he uses the skills he learned as a SEAL in the family environment.
