We had the pleasure of interviewing Lorin yesterday. She is the creator of Good Gluten Free Grub. We chat about all things Celiac/ gluten-free and even her diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes. Gen is gluten free and her husband is as well, Kristina's daughter has a gluten allergy, and Lorin's instagram has helped us both out tremendously.
