In this episode, Natalie has a very, very special guest – Paula Bailey. They discuss what the better together message really means and what Bailey Enterprises is going to be up to in 2021.
The better together message is about community, unity and belonging and the mission for Bailey Enterprises has been, from the very beginning, to eradicate loneliness and their current development project of 30 units will have communal areas that will bring people together because people gravitate to other people and being able to get together creates the community and belonging that people crave. As the project moves forward Natalie and Paula reflect on how any situation is defined by the people who are working in it and the relationships and teams they are building.

Paula has an eye for detail having graduated with degrees in Law and HR. She also holds a PGDip in Legal Practice.
Paula’s 20 years of experience in the corporate world as a Head of HR brings communication skills, team and project management, quality customer service and smooth operations. Paula has used these skills whilst operating as Pre-construction Project Manager on a current commercial to residential conversion project.
The happiness and wellbeing of others has always been important to Paula. She continues to use these qualities to bring Bailey Enterprises’ goals of bringing community and belonging together on to developments.
She enjoys travelling and spending time with her daughter and business partner, Natalie. Together they hold a portfolio of Serviced Accommodation properties which they manage alongside Paula working p/t as a Property Manager at an estate agency.
Concentration now is on creating new developments and commercial to residential conversions to bring disused buildings back to life to provide much needed new homes.
