Interview with Dr. Navjot Kaur who is a Naturopathic Doctor with the Tustin Longevity Center in Tustin, California. Dr. Kaur explains how she got into this field of medicine, and how a naturopathic doctor looks at the whole body for healing, instead of just treating a symptom. She goes on to explain how diet, water, nutrient and hormone deficiencies, exercise, to how one thinks can affect our health. Dr. Kaur’s goal is to help people heal through a healthier lifestyle.
