In this episode I interview Raman Khatar.
Raman completed her Bachelor’s degree and dietetic internship at the University of Manitoba in 2009 and went on to earn her Master of Public Health from the University of British Columbia in 2013. In
her 15 years as a dietitian, she has worked in everything from clinical
dietetics all the way to supervising international nutrition projects with the United Nations.
For the past 10 years, Raman has been a retail dietitian with Save-On-Foods in western Canada, and has taken on a diverse set of roles with the company including media, marketing, branding, health strategy, category management and business development.
