A North East native, Ryan started his career during the internet boom in the early 2000s, initially joining Newcastle-based agency FPP, before moving to TH_NK during its start-up phase.

After helping to drive impressive growth at TH_NK, Ryan moved south and co-founded Nice Agency in 2009, which was later acquired by Karmarama - who themselves were soon acquired by Accenture Interactive.

Since exiting Accenture, Ryan has been working as an advisor across a diverse portfolio of businesses, and has launched a new venture of his own, his first B2C business.
