Taylah Carroll took a break from rehearsing for her upcoming gig to chat with Nat & Laura. Her music is a beautiful mix of indie folk and alt rock, she’s got some incredible style and some music you’re going to fall in love with.
Taylah explains her new track Vermont is set in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, inspired by her childhood growing up in Blackburn – but calling it Blackburn probably wasn’t a goer. It’s about baggage and the history we all have and how it affects your future. We love it when Nat notes feels that when she listens to this track it’s like a big hug. We all agree, it’s a big hug under those big green trees!
Taylah Carroll hopes you can connect with the track.
