Yousef is in his second year as the Assistant Major League Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the Detroit Tigers. He also got his first job in baseball with the Tigers in 2006 where he was a seasonal strength coach for the 2006 & 2007 seasons. From there, he got a full-time position with the Los Angeles Dodgers for 2 years from 2008 to 2009 and then the San Francisco Giants from 2010 to 2012. After the Giants, he managed a Sports Performance Facility in Scottsdale, AZ called FAST until he returned to the Tigers in 2016. He got his B.S. in Health Science from Benedictine University and then his M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Northern Illinois University. He resides in Woodhaven, MI with his wife, Megan, and his son, Abe.
