Today's guest speaker operates out of one the most elite training facilities and is embedded in their environment and culture, as he aims to support the Players's professional development. Whether that be as additional work to the Player's usual schedule, the time while coming back from injury or they find themselves in between Clubs at this stage of the season. 

Over the next 60 minutes, Wayne will tell you the story behind his thriving business, how it's gone from strength to strength, but most importantly how it can help Academy Players, Graduates and Professionals to make sure they return ready, regardless of their own particular set of circumstances.

Ash is a standout, humble and professional Football Coach, who has the needs of the Player at the very heart of everything that he does, whereas Adam is a young Professional Player who is about to enter his 2nd year as a pro, but isn't too big to recognise there is still a long way to go and the work he does with Ash is instrumental in his career journey.
