Time with Family is such a Joy ... Right? Recently I have been fascinated by universal joy's like a treehouse, or icecream cone, or swimming pools, or mountains, or bright vibrant colors. My little brother continues to find Joy despite road ahead and chooses a life that cost him greatly. Join our dialog as I dig into my little brothers story and discuss both joy and frustrations in his vocation and community. He plays a huge role in who I am today and my heart to get into the trenches of life with those around me. Yes, we probably shouldn't have been allowed to do a PODCAST together ;)

I am in Awe of how Katy naturally lives out the Kingdom now. Both myself and Sarah were taken in by the Greene family when we left our home for college. Shorty after they left from Orlando to set some amazing roots in Guatemala. I just love Katy and her family's story. Despite the struggles and the hardships they continue to show up and saturate others in Love. A story is as good as its characters and I think I have a pretty amazing story because of the role Biz and Melissa have played in my life. We are always on a journey to figure out who we are. It was a privilege to have an open conversation of life and laughter about how God is bringing the kingdom now for the Gainey's family and church. How the have re-defined the way they see God's calling in their lives and are adopting in their community. It was MINT!

One Year anniversary since I started the PODCast!

There are many Cancers in our lives and we all journey through fires. In my first solo PODCast hear me talk about a few loud cancers that are hitting close to my community being spread too thin, technology, and Cancer itself. The joy that God is making me New. From the dirt in the trenches to the beauty of the setting sun.

Life is totally a journey and its often that we are short sighted. What do you hope will change in your life today? Pouring out our hearts for how we currently feel defeated in life and feel called back to the presents of God - back to the cross.

A huge part of who my family is has been shaped by the Deitch home. Their community is illuminated by their cross-shaped family. I have no doubt that lives are save time and time again because of how they take the low place and pour out all they have for those around them. Chuck shares his amazing story about how he continues to show up to God's calling despite what the world would shove in his face. A calling to move your own family from awareness to proximity.

My hope is that Jerry's story will pull every string in your heart. That it will move you towards right relationships and a new love for others despite their mess ... truth is we are all broken. That this would in a way wreak your heart and move you to rip down the walls that keep you from life to the fullest. A life in the arms of Christ. Jerry shares a powerful story of his time in prison, how God set him free, and the continued warfare he faces day in and day out. He plays a role in why I recognize my own brokenness and have a deep desire to love the lost to love the broken to be in the trench and take the low place.

We not only need to show up to God's calling on a personal level but need to tear down walls so that we can show up together in community creating what I know to be beautiful: Fear free space! Way too often we are leaving this day behind living in blame, negativity, complaining, procrastination. A call to personal responsibility, rethinking the questions we often ask and allowing radical transformation to live out the kingdom NOW - its a beautiful day.
