I was a little hesitant to tell my therapist about my mushroom trips I mean, I talked to my dog, a purple circle of intelligence, and my dead grandma, but he was open to the discussion, so I did. We also discuss how I went from being strictly against marijuana to relying on it. My therapist tells me about a novel, Untethered Soul by Michael Singer and how it relates to my mushroom trip experience. We dig a little into my childhood adderall addiction that followed me into adulthood. And I realize my mind has not yet caught up to my current reality.
