hey everyone! i made this podcast because i wanted to help and inspire others to live a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life! ill be doing that by discussing my personal life experiences, lessons ive learned in this lifetime, wisdom and knowledge that has been shared/passed down to me and just my takes on certain topics in an effort as aforementioned to hopefully help others, so sit back relax and enjoy :)
