Intro

Every negative experience a person has been through in life has left a scar, a bruise or a wound that feels as if it will never heal. Often leaving you feel empty, unfulfilled or incomplete. Life is like a messy puzzle, you know what the overall, beautiful, picture is supposed to look like but not knowing how the pieces all go together. Every piece matters in order to create that overall masterpiece; to see that beautiful picture complete. This podcast was created to share stories of others in similar situations, to normalize the world of mental health, to talk about the things we do not vocalize, to educate and bring awareness. Your story matters and the pieces to your puzzle matter. More importantly you matter and you are worth all the happiness and joy life has to offer.
