I've done it. I've reached Dad- status. My name's Larry and I'm a Father, Husband, and a generally really down to earth person... Totally kidding. 


  • This is my introduction to the future state of this podcast. My over-all intent is to reach normal guys and talk about some of the things I struggle with, like ADD and PTSD in a competitive global job-market. I am not a life coach. I am not original; who is anymore? I like to think I'm quirky enough to be mildly entertaining while closing a gap in the dialogue about stigmas as they relate to mental health. 
  • It isn't all boring life hacks and pro-tips. Sometimes I might take you on a fun journey of non-sequential pontification with no particular strategy. Welcome to ADD. I don't wear ADD as a badge for attention. This is real shit affecting real people and so many around them. I am genuinely concerned that people are still going through all the things I've felt and that is terrifying.
