Routines are not easy.
Especially with ADHD. Our bodies thrive on structure. If we can find the consistencies in our behavior and environment, we'll be able to unlock unbelievable clarity in our life.
Maybe this was something everyone knew but me.
When we start taking a new medication it's important that we try to remain as neutral as possible. Avoid sugars, caffeine, alcohol, etc. for a few weeks. I know it isn't ideal. Adding supplements which alter the effect of the drug will not permit us to get a true assessment of the medication's intended effect. Doing otherwise could result in a lot of headache and repetitious treatment variations.
I've been tested numerous times throughout my life.
Testing is rarely fun but it's part of it and it's essential. If you're having struggles in life which have you considering reaching out for support, expect to dace some scrutiny. Don't be alarmed or discouraged. Get some real answers so you can develop the most efficient version of you.
This is a new season. I'll be discussing living with ADHD and all things considered. If you are/know someone with ADD/ADHD, her me out.
I am not a pro. This is not Self Help. This is a 30 something talking about what this thing is like. We need to break the barriers with talking these things out. I'm here to do that.

I'm going to do something I'm not supposed to do. Talk about vaginas. Women. Things that men don't talk about.
Ad campaigns and a male dominated society have placed unrealistic expectations on women and I have a hard time getting behind it. Love your women. Put their well being ahead of your preference and sexual desires.
***This is not about gender fluidity or heteronormativity. I'm feminine trends imposed by masculine standards.*** This channel rejects exclusivity.

Real talk, it isn't cool to call people names. I get that you're upset. The problem with it, is when you call someone an anything-aphobe, it perpetuates the stigma in mental health. For there are people who have actual phobias who have a very difficult time in life. I'm sure your intentions are well. It just isn't very productive.

Your Party Sucks!
I lied when I said I wouldn't talk politics. Well, not entirely. Not my best work. Not my worst. Then again, what really is?
Today I'm discussing human behavior resulting in governance. No party attacks. I think we have a common good we should be exploiting instead of hating others or wearing your politics like a personality type ;)
Thanks for listening
