In Introduction to the Chakras - Part One:
This class is very beginner-friendly and my intention is to introduce the chakras in a simple way. The yoga (asana) portion of this class is mostly basic seated movements and laying down on your back in savasana. The majority of the episode is a talk, meditations, and a short physical practice. Because of time I did not get to the mantras for each chakra so I will include that in my Part Two episode which I’ll post next week.
