This is the first week of my 5 week Introduction to IF and Keto. We're starting off by cleaning out the pantry and fridge, then adding a few specific foods, stop snacking between meals, shortening our eating window and adding some light activity.

I've added some suggestions to make the transitions easier, some easy meal prep ideas and a couple of my favorite simple recipes!
