It mixes Positive Psychology with Wisdom + Modern Spiritual Thought, always with a focus on sharing information that will help you create a personally meaningful and fulfilling life. #168. Strengthening Your Intuition

This episode we're addressing the tension or challenge between meeting two human needs, Authenticity and Belonging. Kate overviews the concept of Authenticity and then illustrates the tension that can be felt between choosing to be authentic and belong using models of development and motivation from humanistic psychology including, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Erickson's Stages of Psychosocial Development.

#166. One Question that Helps Me Have Faith

Kate is breaking down the crucially important difference between supportive compassionate helping, and enabling bad behavior. 
There is a blurry line between the two that is often complicated by personal and caring relationships. But it is a slippery slope, and while no one ever intends to enable behavior in another that is unhealthy, supportive helping can turn into enabling behavior.
