Renera has more than decade experience in the finance industry across fintech media, M&A, private equity and ethical investments where she became one of the first advisors under 30 who specialised in investment portfolios for women investors.

She founded Kreativ Society, a brand development and marketing agency for startups and innovations in the beauty, health, food, lifestyle and Fintech industries capturing new markets in Europe and Oceania.

Starting as a hobby Renera holds the Country Manager role for the Australian chapter of a top tier European based global pageant and TV production company. Apart from producing the first international winner for Australia since Jennifer Hawkins she also directed the first Australian pageant & fashion show in VR together with famous Dance DJs the Potbelly's.
