This Monday, Todd catches us up on a very eventful weekend for Wisconsin sports. The Green Bay Packers unexpectedly tied the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night. While this doesn’t make the team look good, we all need to remember that it’s early in the season and anything can happen. On the other hand, the Milwaukee Brewers made franchise history with a total of 97 wins, clinching home-field advantage as we head into the playoffs. 

At the bottom of the hour, we are excited to kick off Mondays with Matenaer, featuring Wisconsin broadcasting legend Jane Matenaer! She so diligently promotes other Civic Media programs, and we thought it was high time we did the same for her. Additionally, time talking with Jane is time well spent. Todd and Jane chat about golf, Jane’s European travels, and how they deal with the non-stop deluge of nonsense in the news.
