This is a throwback to my Word to the Wise Podcast days when I had a lot of different guests on. At the time of this recording, I was new to the vegan thing and this lady who I met in San Luis Obispo at a farmer's market was selling this plant-based cheese that looked delicious. I immediately liked it and her so, I gave her my card and we started talking shortly after I got home. One thing led to another and she ended up on my podcast! Jennifer Golden has come so far since then, but I wanted to share this with my audience to demonstrate how smart, genuine and talented one person can be. Having taken lessons at a renowned vegan artisan culinary school, that is now sadly defunct, Jennifer honed her craft and has produced amazing vegan cheeses that will make your jaw drop.
