Welcome. Please allow me to introduce my new podcast, Survive 45*- Meditations for America. I’d like to tell you a little bit about myself, the genesis of this podcast, and what you can expect to find inside each episode.

Written and hosted by Los Angeles-based meditation and yoga teacher, Eddie Marashian, each episode contains a spoken meditation for contemplation; a guided meditation for practice; and an acoustic song.  These meditations are easy enough that anyone can follow and powerful enough that everyone can benefit.
