In this episode, Life coach, NLP coach and NLP Practitioner- Vukosi Mashele, conspicuously explains why he chose to name his coaching practice 'metamorphosis'. Vukosi says he was inspired by the biological process that a caterpillar undergoes to become a butterfly. Like the caterpillar, clients may come into the session heavy hearted, traumatized, stressed, confused, overwhelmed at mind and with a broken spirit but he assures that they will come out a transformed person, lite like a butterfly, ready to metamorphosize to their truest and highest version of themselves so that they can live the life they know they deserve.
