Vukosi says he was inspired by the biological process that a caterpillar undergoes to become a butterfly. Like the caterpillar, clients may come into the session heavy hearted, traumatized, stressed, confused, overwhelmed at mind and with a broken spirit but he assures that they will come out a transformed person, lite like a butterfly, ready to metamorphosize to their truest and highest version of themselves so that they can live the life they know they deserve.
Many of us think that we have accepted that which has happened to us while in actual fact, we've only acknowledged the wounds of the past but we haven't truly accepted. True healing happens when we move from acknowledgement to acceptance.
