As a Mother of 4 and Grandmother of 9 I have experienced adversity, trauma and joy, as an Entrepreneur for over 2 decades I have seen and experienced the culmination of success and failure along the way and in 2019 I embarked on an 870km walk across Spain (The Camino) and discovered myself like never before.

Move into 2020 with a clear direction of what you want in your life and obtain the tools to be more resilient in life and not let adversity and stress cripple you from living a life of joy. 
No matter what you are going through if you build the muscle of resilience you can bounce back from adversity and be, do and have the life you desire.
Feel the emotions and learn from the adversity to grow and develop yourself for a more joyful life and live day to day feeling the way you choose not the way people perceive you.
