  • Mindfulness and meditation practices help in learning the art of relaxation which counteracts the stress response. 
  • This 21 days of meditation challenge is designed to help you get into the Habit of meditation daily. What a meditation challenge does is, it gives a short yet complete experience of meditation.
  • 10 minutes is the time which you can always find in your busy schedule on a daily basis.
  • Consider this as your “own time” where you focus on yourself exclusively.
  • Start the practice of meditation by committing to ten minutes daily practice.
  • Each day you will find a different theme to meditate upon.
  • If you are new to the meditation practice, you will learn some basic techniques of meditation and if you are already doing the meditation this will reinforce your meditation practice. 
  • Awareness is the key To Success: remember the seven essential basics of meditation Practice. 

Number 1 is posture.

Number 2 is the position of the eyes.

Number 3 is to withdrawing the mind from external disturbances.

Number 4 is to observe the breath. 

Number 5 is to use some meditation technique.

Number 6 Is to use imagination.

Number 7 is Consistency and regularity, even 5 minutes twice daily is better than one hour every week. 

  • Establish a regular time and place for your daily meditation practice and thus be able to concentrate with greater intensity.
