Dexter is one of my twin 7yr old toddlers who is disabled by Angelman-like syndrome. His brother is Ollie. They understand absolutely everything. No expressive language, except ma-ma. Dexter and his brother have been, and are currently still victims of abuse by a father with unwillingness to seek help for mental illness. The installation this man works for won't return my calls?
