Hello, and welcome to Vitality Hub, a place where you get to be empowered to take ownership of your physical and mental well-being through practical information on mindset, science, habit change and nutrition.

I'm your host, Elena Kundro, and my goal with this podcast is to do very best to assist you in attaining a state of being where you are full of energy for life and vigor to thrive and flourish in both physical and mental aspects of life.

Before I get into the exciting topics I'll be exploring in this podcast, let me take a moment to introduce myself. I have a bachelor's degree in health and nutrition science from the University of Coventry. I also got trained as a hypnotherapist in the UK, behaviour change coach and a yoga instructor in India. I've been working with clients online for the past 5 years using nutrition science, CBT, hypnotherapy, NLP.

Now, what can you expect from the Vitality Hub? This podcast is your go-to resource for practical insights into habit change, emotional eating, balanced nutrition, mindset, hypnotherapy, self-care, setting and achieving goals, body image, healthier eating advice, how to sleep better, stress management, and much more.
