Introduction: what is the purpose of this podast??

These are indeed very challenging times not just for us adults but for our younger generations as well.Do you as a parent fell like you can't keep up with the changing times and how it is affecting your relationship to your kids?? As a child, do you feel like your parents just don't get it, don't get you?? then this might be a perfect podcast for you. I am an aspiring children and adolescent psychiatrist and my goal and aim is to help improve the relationship between parents and children, whilst raising awareness for mental health in children too.
