This brochure was prepared at the request of Quetzal, one of the contact persons for 'Billy' Eduard Albert Meier (BEAM). Like most of Billy's other extraterrestrial friends, Quetzal comes from the planet Erra in the Plejaren system in the ANKAR universe. In the Federation, to which Erra and the Plejaren system belong and which has an area of around 1,400 light-years and includes around 2,000 inhabited worlds, there has been constant peace for a good 52,000 years.
The task of the Plejaren on our Earth is, among other things, to support Billy in his mission as a herald of the "teaching of truth, teaching of creation energy, teaching of life" and to provide him with information and, through their technical possibilities, to allow him to participate in many events on our Earth as an unnoticed observer.
The FIGU, which was founded by Billy in 1975 as a non-profit association, is voluntarily advised and led by the Plejaren Council, which consists of around 1.5 million people from all parts of the Federation, during his lifetime — which has so far proven to be a very good and extremely beneficial decision.
The contents of this brochure are reports about events in connection with Billy that took place in the approximately 21 years between July 1975 and December 1996.
