I started this podcast with the intention of talking about addiction and recovery, but I wanted to pivot to more just general life topics that might help others who are struggling in a specific area. I love the Podcasts by JVN: Getting Curious and Workin On It by Meghan and Ryan Trainor. Those podcasts inspired me to try something similar where we talk about general life topics.
