I've always considered myself knowledgable when it comes to sex. It wasn't until a recent trip to California that I learned just how diverse sex and intimacy can be. One day while sitting by the pool with friends, my homie Boone asked if I was into kink. "Kink? What's that?" I asked. "Anything that's not missionary," she responded.

I was intrigued. During that conversation I learned that kink is an umbrella term that includes just about every sexual act under the sun. Spitting, handcuffs, doms, submissive, role playing, spanking - you name it, it's included. I also learned more about fetishes. Everything that I thought I knew went right out the window during that conversation.

I decided to bring that conversation over to the INTC Podcast. I sat down with Jenell and Boone, sex-positive educators in the kink world. Grab your pen, notepad, and maybe even your vibrator for this quick tutorial on all things KINKY!

If there is one thing I'm passionate about, it's ensuring that women feel protected at all times. Last season, I spoke to two young ladies from South Africa who discussed their fears of living in the rape capital of the world.

On this episode, I chop it up with Halima Gellman, a humanitarian and human rights activists that is doing the actual work to bring safety to women across the globe. From educating big wigs in corporate America on the details of basic human rights and rape culture, to developing policies that keep us all safe, we're grateful for the work that Halima does.
