Could a fear of success or of messing up be energetically holding you back in growing your online business as a coach or healer?
When I think about fears I have in my business, the fear of failure is easiest to conceptualize.
Like, of course if I am launching a business, I don't want it to fail.
But this week stuff has been coming up around the fear of success.
As business grows and expands, and I hire and onboard team members, and prepare to scale my offerings, a lot has been coming up.
And the biggest fear that comes along with that vision of success is...dropping the ball.
I truly want people to feel like they matter, they are cared for, and taken care of in my little slice of the online world.
And as that little slice maybe becomes a slightly larger slice...how will I hold it all?
That's something I think about from time to time. Even if not with my rational brain, my subconscious is nervous I can't hold space for the big business I dream of running.
So when I know I let people down in real life, it just feels shitty.
In this episode I share energetic & strategic approaches to moving through and beyond the mistakes you make in business. It's bound to happen. We are all human. And preparing for the inevitable can feel empowering and freeing.
