  • Go Back to the River: You Were Never Broken with Debbie Roppo

Identity, inner healing & creating a healthier life without endlessly trying to fix yourself

In this episode, Tammi sits down with Debbie Roppo, NBC-HWC, FMCHC, founder of Inner Empire Alchemist™. As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Debbie helps women move beyond the exhausting cycle of fixing, dieting & blaming themselves.

At the heart of Debbie’s work is a radical realization:

“I’m already done. It’s finished. I don’t have to fix myself.”

Together, Tammi & Debbie explore what becomes possible when we stop searching outside ourselves for healing, worthiness and answers—and instead return to the wisdom already living within us.

Debbie shares her personal journey from self-loathing and destructive coping patterns to receiving a rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis in 2013. She discusses the changes she chose to explore in her own life, including food, gut health, water, air, personal-care products, self-talk and enjoyable movement. Her experience became the foundation for a more integrated approach to wellness—one that considers inner alignment, behavior patterns & physical vitality together.

Woven throughout the conversation is the invitation to “go back to the river.”

The river becomes a metaphor for our connection to the Divine, our inner knowing and the source of healing we so often seek somewhere outside ourselves. We may wander into the desert, forget who we are or lose contact with that inner current—but the river is still there.

    We can return.

Tammi & Debbie also challenge the belief that we must remain in a constant state of fixing, dieting, healing or improving ourselves before we are allowed to feel whole. They explore the difference between sustainable change rooted in identity & self-trust—and the exhausting cycle of white-knuckling our way through rules that were never designed to support who we truly are.

  • The Weight We Carry: Why Your Body Is Protecting You - Life Transitions, Nervous-System Healing and the Sacred Wisdom of Water

What if your body isn’t working against you, it's just responding to a transition you haven’t fully recognized yet?

In this deeply personal episode of Intuitive Living Out Loud™, Tammi shares a real-time revelation. As her family begins settling into a new rhythm, she notices something happening beneath the surface: after weeks of subconsciously bracing for the unknown, their nervous systems are finally beginning to exhale.

That awareness opens the door to a much deeper conversation about highly sensitive children, intuitive motherhood, childhood anxiety, body image, emotional safety, inner-child healing and the ways our bodies attempt to protect us.

Tammi reflects on her own school experience and begins connecting the dots between feeling small and vulnerable, wanting to become bigger and less visible, and developing a complicated relationship with her body and food. Instead of meeting her younger self with more judgment or shame, she begins to understand her—and even thank her body for doing what it believed it needed to do to keep her safe.

And then, as Tammi walks and records beneath a mostly sunny sky, a gentle rain begins to fall!

That moment carries a collective message: we may have only begun to understand what water truly is.

Water is not simply something we consume or use. It is sacred. It sustains all life, moves through our bodies, covers most of our planet and physically connects us to the Earth, the Mother and one another. It cleanses, carries, releases and renews. It may hold a far more mystical relationship to our energy, emotions, intuition and healing than modern life has taught us to recognize.

Could water be inviting us to remember something ancient?

In a season when so many of us are bracing, transitioning or trying to find our footing again, perhaps water is showing us another way: soften, flow, release and allow ourselves to be held.

This episode is also a powerful reminder that balance does not mean staying perfectly steady. Like a surfer riding the waves, we will fall off. The transformation is in learning to trust ourselves enough to get back up—without overanalyzing, punishing ourselves or waiting for the “perfect” moment to begin again.

    Inside this episode:

    • How major life transitions affect the nervous system
    • Recognizing when you or your family may be subconsciously bracing
    • Supporting highly sensitive and anxious children through change
    • How parenting can awaken healing for your inner child and inner teen
    • The connection between emotional safety, body image and visibility
    • Releasing shame around the ways your body has tried to protect you
    • Water as a sacred vessel of the Divine Mother, healing and renewal
    • The collective invitation to deepen our relationship with water
    • Why true balance is about returning—not remaining perfect
    • Choosing self-compassion while still holding yourself accountable

    Questions to sit with:

What transition are you moving through right now?

Are you still bracing for what might happen—or are you beginning to feel the sacred exhale?

If you have fallen off your wave, perhaps today is the day to get right back up.

  • The Opposite of Faith Isn't Doubt—It's Apathy. Healing Begins with Hope | A Stage 4 Cancer Survivor's Story of Faith, Healing & Possibility

What if hope is the first step toward healing?

What if it begins the moment we become willing to search again?

In this deeply moving conversation, Tammi sits down with a family member, Shell Basch, whose journey through Stage 4 stomach cancer became much more than a story of survival.

It's a conversation about hope. About healing.

About discovering that faith isn't something we inherit—it's something we cultivate.

Raised in a traditional Jewish home, Shell always believed in God, yet found himself longing for a connection that extended beyond ritual & obligation.

His search eventually led him toward a deeply personal relationship with his Creator—one that became the foundation he leaned on after receiving a life-changing Stage 4 stomach cancer diagnosis.

But this episode isn't about abandoning one faith for another.

It's about giving ourselves permission to seek.

To question. To deconstruct beliefs that no longer resonate while honoring the wisdom they may still hold.

In a time when many people feel disconnected from organized religion, this conversation offers something refreshingly different.

An invitation to become an active participant in your own spiritual journey.

Whether your path is rooted in Christianity, Judaism, or simply a sincere desire to know your Creator more deeply, this episode reminds us that hope, healing, and divine guidance are available to those willing to remain open.

One of the most beautiful moments comes near the end, when Tammi shares a profound confirmation from Spirit that unfolded after their original conversation—a deeply personal experience that echoes the very themes explored throughout this episode.

    In this episode -

    • Growing up Jewish while longing for a more personal relationship with God

    • Deconstructing inherited beliefs without abandoning reverence

    • Discovering spirituality beyond dogma while honoring tradition

    • Receiving a Stage 4 stomach cancer diagnosis

    • Choosing hope over fear during treatment

    • Why healing is physical, emotional, and spiritual

    If you've ever questioned religion...

If you've wondered whether healing involves more than medicine…

If you've been searching for hope in uncertain times…

This conversation was recorded with you in mind.

  • Crucify No More: How Tori Amos Helped Me Heal Religious Trauma, Stop Criticizing Myself & Find My Voice

There are artists who entertain us... and then there are artists who quietly change the trajectory of our lives.

For me, that artist is Tori Amos.

This is a story of how I stopped crucifying myself, healed years of religious conditioning, and finally began trusting my own voice.

I do not believe that the people, books, songs, and experiences that have shaped our lives are random or arbitrary.

In this deeply personal episode of Intuitive Living OUT LOUD™, I'm sharing the story of how discovering Tori Amos as a young woman became one of the greatest catalysts for my spiritual awakening, healing journey, and relationship with my intuition.

This is about the profound ways art can awaken something dormant within us. It's about healing religious conditioning, releasing self-criticism, reconnecting with your inner child, and learning to trust yourself enough to live authentically.

I also share a very personal experience leading up to attending Tori's West Palm Beach, FL concert this year—a moment that brought old fears, health anxiety, and feelings of unworthiness to the surface, only to reveal just how much healing has taken place over the years.

Whether you've been a lifelong Tori Amos fan or have never heard one of her songs, this conversation is ultimately about recognizing the people and experiences that become sacred mirrors on our journey home to ourselves.

✨ How music can become a catalyst for spiritual awakening and personal transformation

✨ My journey through religious conditioning and discovering a more personal relationship with spirituality and The Creator.

✨ Why intuition often speaks more truthfully, and softly than fear

✨ Healing health anxiety and learning to respond to your body with compassion instead of panic

✨ The power of the Ho'oponopono prayer and self-forgiveness in releasing old emotional patterns

✨ Connecting with your inner child and creating healthier boundaries through self-love

✨ Why artists often become energetic teachers and soul companions in our lives

✨ How healing allows us to experience more joy, freedom, and authenticity

✨ Why Tori Amos's song "Crucify" became an anthem for releasing guilt, shame, perfectionism, and victim consciousness

For years, I lived in a cycle of guilt, fear, and self-criticism.

    Today, I choose something different.

    No longer crucifying myself.

    Never going back again.

This episode is an invitation to look back at your own life and ask:

    Who helped awaken you?

    Perhaps it wasn't a teacher.
    Perhaps it was a song.
    A book.
    A stranger.
    A moment.
Or a quiet whisper from your own soul.

Because sometimes the greatest healing begins when we recognize that what touched us wasn't an accident—it was a divine invitation to remember who and what we've always been.

I'd love to hear your story.

  • More Than Skin Deep: How Intuition & Energy Healing Are Transforming the Beauty Industry

I've been noticing something fascinating happening in the beauty industry.

More estheticians, hairstylists, massage therapists, and wellness professionals are beginning to trust their intuition, work with energy, and create experiences that go far beyond the service itself.

And while this may feel like something new, I don't believe it is.

    I believe we're witnessing a collective remembering.

For generations, women blended intuition, healing, and energetics into the way they cared for their families, communities, and each other. Those gifts were often dismissed, feared, or driven underground, causing many people to hide this part of themselves.

But you can't erase what you are.

To me, these are the times we've been waiting for—a time when intuition is becoming less of a secret and more of a strength.

In this episode, I'm joined by licensed esthetician Angela Ciliberti, owner of Red Lips Aesthetics, to explore how her passion for skincare naturally evolved into a more intuitive approach to caring for her clients. We talk about intuition, energy healing, holistic skincare, human connection, and the future of the beauty industry, along with practical ways practitioners can protect their own energy while serving others.

We also explore why authentic human presence and touch will become even more valuable in an AI-driven world, and why I believe this beautiful blend of skincare, wellness, and intuitive care is only just beginning.

The growing role of intuition and energy healing in the beauty industry

    ✨ In This Episode:

    • The growing role of intuition and energy healing in the beauty industry
    • How Angela discovered she was naturally working with energy
    • Creating a healing experience through skincare, presence, and human connection
    • A simple explanation of the differences between Reiki and Pranic Healing
    • How practitioners can protect their energy between clients
    • Why authentic human touch can never be replaced by AI
    • Practical skincare and self-care tips you can start using today

This conversation is here to help normalize something many of us were taught to question, dismiss, or even fear.

    I believe we're not crazy...we're intuitive.
